All Kest Nest products are hypoallergenic. We chose to use organic cotton to keep babies safe from harmful chemicals. For our fills, we use polyester fiber with zero added chemicals or flame retardants. This combo makes all of our products machine washable!

Safety
At Kest Nest we understand our responsibility as manufacturers to promote safe sleep practices. We continuously work to share resources, product knowledge and safety information with our community, across all platforms.
Kest Nest products are non-sleep products. They are not designed, marketed or intended for sleep. Sleep includes short naps, cosleeping, and supervised sleep. If a baby falls asleep in a non-sleep product, they should be moved to a safe sleep location immediately. A firm, flat surface (crib or bassinet) is the safest place, and the only place, where infants should be sleeping.
We align ourselves with the CPSC, the AAP, Heath Canada and the Safe Sleep For Babies Act. As new information is released we will continue to amplify the new safety updates so we provide prevalent safety rules, regulations and best practices to every single member of our community.
For all products, always read and follow product guidance, warnings and assembly instructions, including weight and height restrictions.

How to use your Kest Nest
Use your Kest Nest for actively engaging, playing, and bonding with your awake little one. To use your Kest Nest, lay your baby in the center of the unpadded sling on their back, and drape their legs over the bottom end of the lounger. Ensure the baby's body is straight, and their chin is not tucked downwards. Bassinets, cribs, and pack and plays are considered safe sleep spaces. Adding a Kest Nest to these environments changes the safety of the sleep space and creates an unsafe sleep environment.
Safety Checklist
Always be within reach of the baby in case they roll or need to be repositioned.
Always use the Kest Nest on the floor and on firm, even surfaces.
Never place the Kest Nest on/in a bed or any other space used for sleep.
Never use the Kest Nest on high surfaces.
If your baby falls asleep in a non-sleep product, move them to a safe sleep location immediately.
Never carry the Kest Nest when your baby is inside.
Never place blankets or pillows inside the Kest Nest.
Never use the Kest Nest if it is damaged.
Direct supervision is required. Babies can begin to roll, crawl, or scoot unexpectedly. .
The Kest Nest Baby Lounger is not designed, intended, or marketed for sleep. The Kest Nest Infant Lounger is ONLY designed as a support tool for actively engaging with your baby.
The safest place for a baby to sleep is in a crib. Use a fitted sheet only—nothing else should be in the crib with your baby.
Lounger
Yes, you can use the lounger without a cover. However, we highly recommend using one for easier cleanup and added protection against everyday messes. Our Kest Nest Muslin Covers, sold separately, are designed to fit perfectly and add an extra layer of convenience—plus, they come in a variety of beautiful colors to match your style.
The middle is meant to be unpadded so that it can act like a sling to pull the sides in to hold baby and help them feel held.
This baby lounger is machine washable in one go. Furthermore, its cover is fully removable and machine washable, helping you effortlessly keep your product looking new.
We understand that minor accidents happen in daily life; that's why we designed the cover to be easy to remove and wash—helping you easily handle various spills and stains that may occur during daily use. You can also purchase additional gauze covers at any time to provide an extra layer of protection for the lounger—these covers are also easy to wash and care for.
- Wash the outer fabric of the Lounger Support using gentle, dye-free detergents.
- Do not pour detergent directly on the lounger.
- Wash by itself; disable top-loaders with agitators.
- Air dry on a flat surface until dry. Do not tumble dry.
Loungers are closed with a zipper seam. Do not attempt to reopen or remove zippers as it may cause damage to your lounger.
Tags are not removable. Do not remove, rip or cut the seams as it may damage your lounger.

Returns & Exchanges
If your order was placed within the last 3 hours and you need to cancel, you can do so via the link in your order confirmation email. Shortly after your order has been cancelled you will receive order cancellation and refund confirmation emails from Kest Nest. If it's been over 3 hours since your order was placed, please email our Care team at care@kestnest.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note: If a shipping label has already been created, we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to follow the process to return your order.
We have a 60 day return policy for all new items and offer a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty for all new items. That said we handle all customer service questions on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a solution to any issue you have.

We cannot make edits to billing information. Due to privacy policies and for the protection of our customers, our team does not have access to those details. Please note: We are only able to coordinate exchanges for products that were purchased directly through our website. Shipping Policies
For orders totaling over $65, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping within the United States. For orders under $65, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.15 applies. Orders shipped to Europe incur a shipping fee of $16.15; however, free shipping is provided for European orders totaling over $139.
United States
For orders within the United States, we ship out orders from various local warehouses across the US. Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, may require additional time for delivery due to geographic factors and transportation logistics. We will make every effort to expedite these shipments, but please allow for extended delivery times. We do not ship to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

In most cases, our carrier partners deliver within 5-8 business days after your order is shipped. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require more time for delivery.

My order was marked as 'delivered' but I can't find it
If your order was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address listed on your order confirmation to ensure it’s correct.
- Check all possible delivery areas around your home, apartment, or office — including porches, side gates, building mailrooms, and with neighbors or reception.
- Contact the courier directly using the tracking information from your shipping confirmation email. In some cases, packages may be scanned as delivered prematurely or left in an unexpected location. Couriers can often provide further details such as GPS tracking or delivery images.
If after these steps your package still cannot be located, you’re welcome to contact our Customer Experience team at Care@kestnest.com for further guidance.
