Hassle-Free Returns - Love It Guarantee

Note: all Imperfect and Limited Edition products are final sale

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible products that were purchased directly through our website within 60 days of the purchase date. All sale items are still eligible for 60-day returns, unless they fall under final sale. Return/Exchange requests must be submitted through our online return portal prior to 61 days of purchase, and a Kest Nest order number must be provided in order to initiate a return.

Easy Returns and Exchanges at Kest Nest

The following types of items are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Items marked "Limited Edition." 
- Items marked "Imperfect" (as part of our "Imperfects" sales)
- Pacifiers

If you placed an order on our website and have concerns with the quality of a product you received, please email us directly at care@kestnestcom, and our team would be happy to assist you.


 
US CUSTOMERS (excludes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Alaska)

Cost of return shipping labels will be deducted from the final refund amount. We offer FREE returns for all orders returned for exchange/store credit.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

PAYPAL RETURNS
Please note that all refunds are submitted to the original form of payment. All orders submitted through PayPal are not eligible for return after 60 days for any reason due to PayPal refund policy.


RETURN PROCESSING TIME 
Upon receiving your returned item, it can take up to 10 working days for your return to be inspected, processed, and refunded. This timeframe ensures that we can thoroughly inspect the item and process your refund accurately.

REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days. The funds should appear in your bank within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank provider.
  • Store Credit: If you selected store credit, you will receive a gift card code via email once your return has been approved.

Warranty Information

Kest Nest products that were purchased directly on our website are eligible for a 6-month manufacturing warranty, which includes product defects not caused by customer use or washing.

The following issues are not covered by our 1-Year warranty:

  1. Shrinking fabrics
  2. Discoloration from laundry detergent/color bleeding
  3. Uneven fill after washing (please see our video tutorial to redistribute filling if this seems to be an issue for you)
  4. Items purchased from our Imperfect Collection
  5. Damage caused by removing the tags/safety labels
  6. Damage caused by tampering with the zipper seam/closure etc.

For those two reasons, we handle all returns on a case-by-case basis. We are a company that works every day to support mothers, families, and caregivers, as well as the little ones using our products, so it is always our intention to resolve any customer issue respectfully, honestly, and reasonably. We have long believed that establishing relationships with our customers based on these principles is the most beneficial way to fairly come to a resolution for all parties.

 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
